Solid Zero LLC (“we”, “us”) operates solidzero.com and the products it describes: Ouu (ouu.co) and LaterMemo (latermemo.com). This policy explains what we collect, what we don’t, and how to reach us.

The short version

• We collect only what a product needs to work.
• We never sell your data. Not ever.
• You can ask for a copy, a correction, or a deletion at any time.

What we collect

Account and order information. When you buy from Ouu, we process what’s needed to complete the order and deliver your product, such as your email address and order details. When you create a reminder with LaterMemo, we store the reminder content and delivery details so it arrives on time.

Support correspondence. If you write to us, we keep the message so we can help you.

Privacy-respecting analytics. solidzero.com uses Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free tool that counts visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and collects no personal data.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not build advertising profiles. LaterMemo reminders are encrypted and private by default — we don’t read them.

Sharing

We share data only with processors required to run the products — for example, payment processors and email, SMS, or messaging delivery providers — and only under contract for that purpose. Where a product has additional, product-specific details, its own pages explain them.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and object to or restrict processing. Where laws such as the GDPR or CCPA grant additional rights, those apply. No forms required — email us.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest where it matters, and we keep our site and products on maintained, modern infrastructure.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll say so on this page — and inside the products where it matters. The date at the top is the current version.
