These terms cover your use of solidzero.com and the products of Solid Zero LLC: Ouu (ouu.co) and LaterMemo (latermemo.com). By using the site or the products, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Solid Zero LLC is the single entity behind both products. Contact: info@solidzero.com.

The products

Ouu sells digital products — license keys, software and game accounts, and digital assets — delivered electronically, typically within seconds of purchase. Product listings describe exactly what you’re buying; read the listing before you buy.

LaterMemo stores reminders you write and delivers them on your chosen date by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or push. We target 99.9% on-time delivery. Reminders are encrypted and private by default.

Accounts and payment

Some features require an account. Keep your credentials safe — activity under your account is your responsibility. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; prices are shown at checkout.

Delivery and refunds

Ouu delivers digital goods electronically, usually within seconds. Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds are handled case by case: if something you bought doesn’t work as described, contact us and we’ll make it right. LaterMemo’s free and paid plans are described inside the product.

Acceptable use

Don’t use our products for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone’s rights, to send spam or malicious content, or to probe or attack our systems. We may suspend accounts that abuse the services.

Intellectual property

The Solid Zero, Solidzero, Ouu, and LaterMemo names and marks belong to Solid Zero LLC. Your content stays yours — LaterMemo reminders are yours, and we claim no ownership of what you store.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep everything running, but services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solid Zero LLC is registered. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
